WHO WE ARE
Hispanic Outreach Strategies was started in 2024 by Lazaro Castillo, one of the owners of Election Day Strategies, which has been in business since 2014.
Laz was born in in Orange County California (Anaheim), and currently lives in South Texas, and has also resided in California’s Central Valley. Being a San Antonio resident, he has many friends who are of Mexican descent. Being of Cuban descent, he has many friends and family members in South Florida of Cuban and Puerto Rican descent. In fact, his dad, Reynaldo, is a Marielito who came to the United States in 1980 in the Mariel Boatlift. It doesn’t get more Hispanic than that!
Together with Lauren Stephens, also a co-owner of EDS, they have worked on many successful political campaigns for conservative candidate clients.
